Chiba Auction Rules 1. Inspection, Claims, and Returns As the items are not new, we do not accept claims or returns in principle. Please be sure to inspect the actual item before placing a bid. However, if there is damage that cannot be identified by visual inspection, we will allow a free cancellation. As the information on the list may differ from the actual item, please base your bid on the actual item as correct. Please conduct your own crank check. Free cancellation is not allowed due to crank defects. If you wish to cancel any item other than those eligible for free cancellation as stated above, a cancellation fee of JPY 30,000 per item (excluding tax) will be charged. 2. Loading Fee A loading fee of JPY 1,000 per item (excluding tax) will be charged. 3. Payment Payment must be made by bank transfer before pickup. Cash payments are not accepted in principle. 4. Price and Consumption Tax The minimum bid price starts from JPY 500 (bids such as JPY 10,200 are not allowed). A 10% consumption tax will be added to the bid price. 5. In Case of Identical Bids If multiple bids are submitted at the same price, priority will be given to the bidder who submitted earlier. 6. Pickup Items can be picked up once we have confirmed receipt of payment. Pickup using temporary license plates is not permitted as it constitutes a violation. Please arrange pickup from the day after the auction until Saturday. 7. Other Bids below the reserve price will not result in a successful bid. To participate in the auction, you must present a secondhand dealer license, a business card, and a deposit of JPY 110,000. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. 【千葉入札会ルール】 1.　検品に関して　クレームと返品 ・新品ではありませんので、原則、クレームや返品は受け付けていません。 　入札前に現物を必ず確認してください。　 　ただし、目視で確認できない破損がある場合は、フリーキャンセルさせていただきます ・リストの記載と現物が異なる場合があるため、現物を正しいものとしてベースで入札してください。 ・クランクチェックは各自行ってください。クランク不良でのフリーキャンセルはできません。 ・上記のフリーキャンセル対象アイテム以外で、キャンセルしたい商品がある場合はキャンセルフィーとして、1アイテム税別30,000円いただきます。 2.　積み込み手数料: ・1アイテムあたり1,000円（税別）の積み込み手数料がかかります。 3.　支払い ・引き取り前に銀行振込で支払いをお願いします。 ・現金でのお支払いは原則、受け付けていません。 4.　価格と消費税: ・最低価格は500円からです（10,200円などの入札は不可）。 ・入札価格には10％の消費税が追加されます。 5.　同一金額の場合: ・同じ金額で入札の場合、提出順位の早い方が優先です。 6.　お引き取り ・当社で入金確認ができしだい、お引き取りいただけます。 ・仮ナンバーでの引き取りは違反となりますので受け付けていません。 ・お引き取りは入札会翌日から土曜日まででお願いします。 7　その他 ・最低落札価格を下回った入札価格では落札になりません。 ・入札会の参加には古物商の提示、名刺、デポジット11万円が必要です。 ご不明点はお気軽にお問合せください。
