1. Bid Security Deposit
Minimum bid security deposit must be above 5,000Ksh.
For Minimum bid security deposit, which is 5,000ksh, bidders are allowed to make a bid of 1,000,000ksh.
Additional bid security deposit is required if your bidding is over 1,000,000ksh.
Bid security deposit will be returned within 24 working hours after closing the auction bearing any M-pesa system failure.
Transaction fee will be deducted from your deposit.
2. Online Bidding
Minimum bid unit is 500ksh (ig. Cannot make a bid like 10,200ksh).
3. Picking up
Picking up of the parts are within 7 days.
Cancellation is not accepted after the pick up deadline.
4. Cancellation fee
Cancellation fee, which is 5,000ksh, will apply for each items.

【Terms & Conditions】
1. Registration of Bidders
1.1 Bidders must register to access the Services herein and must create
an account and a password to prevent others from accessing the
Bidder’s account.
1.2 Bidders shall not share the account to third person(s).
1.3 Bidders are responsible for all bids placed under their name and
password.
1.4 A Bidder shall not participate/ be eligible to participate in the Services
unless;
1.4.1 They are competent to enter into a contract under the
Applicable Laws;
1.4.2 They agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions of auction.
1.4.3 They confirm that all the information they provide to us is
complete and accurate.
2. Bid Security Deposit
2.1 A paid bid will only be considered valid if the payment is made within
the auction period.
2.2 Bid security deposit may be in the form of mobile money deposit only.
2.3 Minimum bid security deposit must be above set price.
3. Online Bidding
3.1 All bids must be submitted in Kenya Shillings.
3.2 Bid is already including VAT and commission.
3.3 Bidders will not be able to win their bids unless their price is above
reserved price.
3.4 Kaiho East Africa Limited shall not be responsible for any failure of
the electronic or internet systems to accept or register a bid. This is a
Public Competitive Bidding process and as such, all qualified bidders
may bid.
4. Terms And Conditions For Sale
4.1 The Used auto parts & Used car(s) are sold on an "as-is, where-is"
basis. It is therefore recommended that bidders make arrangements to
view used auto parts & used car (s) ahead of auction date/time.
4.2 The Used auto parts & used car (s) shall be purchased without any
warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of
fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability.
4.3 It shall be the Bidder’s sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm,
research, inspect, and/or investigate any Used auto parts & Used car
and all related Information before placing any bid or purchasing any
vehicle using our Services.
4.4 The information provided is for convenience only. Any information,
guidance, or advice obtained through our Services, including our
website and our phone, email, and chat support services, is for
informational purposes only.
4.5 Any information, guidance, or advice obtained through Our Services
shall not form the basis or in any way inform your choice, offer or
interest in a vehicle, spare parts or components.
4.6 Bidders who successfully win multiple auction Used auto parts & Used
car (s) will be required to settle their auction liability, in full.
4.8 In the case of a tie bid, the first bidder will win the auction.
4.9. Failure to settle your net auction liability, in full, within stipulated
timelines, will be considered as a default resulting in forfeiture of your
bid security deposit. Further sanctions will apply, including suspension
of your bidding account for a period of 8 months.
